Diagnostic tests and procedures for cardiovascular health issues and heart conditions.
24 Hour Holter Monitor
a continuous test that monitors and records the heart rate and rhythm during normal activities. It helps detect irregularities and other abnormalities that may affect the heart function.
Carotid/Venous/Arterial Duplex Scan
a simple, painless scan that shows how well blood is flowing through various parts of the body. It detects blood clotting, narrowing arteries, and other causes of blockage in the arteries and veins.
Dobutamine Stress Echocardiogram
a test done to assess the heart’s condition under stress. This is conducted by using a treadmill or taking Dobutamine medication. This determines how well the heart works when stress is applied to the patient.
Electrocardiography (ECG)
a painless test that checks the electrical activity of the heart. It can help identify symptoms of palpitations, chest pain, irregular heart activities, heart enlargement, and other heart defects.
Treadmill Stress Echocardiogram
a test using the treadmill or stationary bike to monitor the blood pressure and heart rhythm. It has 3 stages: Resting echocardiogram, treadmill stress test, and the stress echocardiography.
Treadmill Stress Test
a cardiovascular stress test that uses treadmill or stationary bicycle exercise while conducting an electrocardiography (ECG) and monitoring the blood pressure.
Two-Dimensional Echocardiogram (2D Echo)
a method to detect the heart’s condition and shape. It provides images of the heart and checks for abnormalities in a more complex manner and more prominent detail.
